But the plotlines are full of wildly implausible heroics on the part of the narrator and these books aren't worth the modern reader's time, except to compare any one of them to Edgar Rice Burroughs. It was a pleasure to go back in time and read the stories you were enthralled with in your your youth. It was easy to read on the I-Pad as well as on the I-Phone. There is no longer any need to be bored on a long flight or sitting at the airport waiting for the next plane, when these products are available at such a low price.
Brilliant, geradezu Brilliant. Karl May hat eine Anzahl der Geschichten die sein Character Old Shatterhand in der Gaststaette gehoert hat (von Buch Old Shurehand 2) benutzt um eine ueberashende Loesung einer Mystery zu klaehren. Toll. Mir hat diese Buch gefallen.
Diese Edition hat auch Fehler, aber ich habe gefunden das diese auch in then freien Stuecken von der Karl-May Gesellshaft zu haben sind. Keine Ahnung warum die nicht verbessert werden.
This completed the Surehand trilogy. In typical K. May fashion the story is both exiting and at times tedious, with the climax seeing all good people rewarded and the villains punished.
I know that this book is more for young people but I loved the story. it has a little history about the Indians. it would be a great gift for anyone thaw loves to read.
Very similar to original Old Surehand 2.
